Sorry for not posting in a while, you know how the holiday season is. I’m actually in Scotland at the moment with my boyfriend and his family. Everything’s amazing! His family are so lovely and it’s been snowing loads! I’ll have to take loads of photos. The weather in the UK has been pretty horrendous (only travelling wise). It looks beautiful but driving, flying, walking etc. is nigh impossible. Which makes me very worried cause I’m meant to be travelling on Boxing Day. Hrm.
Anyway, to cheer me and you and everyone up I’m posting T-ara’s Bo Peep Bo Peep performance on Inkigayo. Tis very cute and festive cause the girls are all wearing Christmas outfits! <3 Boram's polar bear mitten ^_^ hehe. Check it out~
So, I thought I’d post my own End of Year Music Award list ^_^ This is just my own opinions but I thought it’d be fun. So, without further ado~
Favourite Korean Artist
Winner – T-ara
T-ara are definitely my favourite k-pop artist at the moment. I like them over other favourites, SNSD, Wonder Girls, 2PM and so on. It’s for a few reasons. Firstly, Good Person (their unofficial debut) is a great song. It’s a great ballad that really showed the girls can sing. I think sometimes the k-pop world is all about great pop music and the concept, but they forget the singing. It’s clear to me that T-ara has members that can out sing many other members of bands. That brings me neatly on to Soyeon. I *love* Soyeon. She’s a fantastic singer and is amazingly beautiful. Plus, she’s an 87er and that’s the same as me! When I found out that she got dropped from SNSD because she was an 87er then I just loved her even more. She’s definitely my favourite~ Lastly, they have great songs. Good Person, Lies, TTL, TTL Listen 2, Apple is A, Like The First Time, Bo Peep Bo Peep, that’s 7 songs they’ve released and all of them are great and that’s not to mention their album. The girls aren’t afraid to change their concept and I think they work harder than any other band at the moment. I have so much respect for them. This is the year of T-ara~

Favourite Korean Song
Winner – SNSD – Gee
Gee is by far my most played song ever. It has probably 500+ hits (I’ve had to reformat my computer a couple of times). It’s so insanely catchy and the dance routine is hilariously good. I want to learn it ;_; I want to bust out some moves walking along the street. You know you have that song you listen to and suddenly you find yourself skipping down the street as if you’re 7 years old and it’s Summer? Gee does this to me :)
Okay, so I think I’ve posted pretty much every single Bo Peep Bo Peep performance so far this year so why stop? Check out the girls’ new performance on Music Bank. I think this might be my favourite Bo Peep performance because of their cute outfits – how cute ^_^
T-ara continue promotions of Bo Peep Bo Peep with another awesome performance of Inkigayo! Inkigayo performances are always my favourite ^_^ They always have the best sound system and best stage sets. Mmm, I’m a bit worried though, because Bo Peep is very repetitive, so… performing it so often means fans will hear bo peep bo peep bo peep bo peep *lots* of times. Anyways, <3 Soyeon; need I say more? ^_^
Hehe, no, 2PM didn’t actually perform with T-ara; but Junsu did sing along with T-ara at the start! His mic was turned on and he sang along, which is pretty funny! The girls were unphased and gave a pretty sweet rendition of their new hit song, Bo Peep Bo Peep. I’d say that I’m starting to think that Bo Peep is growing on me more and more than Like The First Time. Although hrm… ah well, any T-ara performance is awesome!
T-ara performed at the 24th Golden Disk Awards ^_^ And not only that, they won a prize! Awesome! I’m so happy for them! They won Best Newcomer along with 4Minute; I can’t believe they won the same award as 4Minute considering everyone seems to love 4Minute and T-ara are working really really hard still to promote themselves and gain fans. Definitely a mile-stone for the girls ^_^ Hopefully it means that their hardwork is starting to pay off and they’re getting recognised for their talent! They also performed Lies and Bo Peep, which was awesome! I really <3 Soyeon, she's awesome! So happy that all her hardwork is finally paying off; she don't need you SNSD! (<3 SNSD) Also! I think that their litle kitten dance is catching on. The video I watched was a bit bad quality and my computer is a bit rubbish but I think someone from SNSD was doing the paw dance! hwaiting~!
T-ara are back with another performance of Bo Peep Bo Peep; I know, I’m thinking the same, where’s Like The Beginning?! Despite being picked as the fan’s favourite song, they haven’t actually given any proper live performances of it yet. I dunno :( I guess their management company was like: ‘pft, we want to go with Bo Peep; it’s cute and they can be kittens’. Like The Beginning is so much better though! Although granted Bo Peep is getting stuck in my brain with how much they are performing it. Check out the performance below; they’ve not completely polished it yet, but it’s pretty cute ^_^
T-ara continued their promotions of Absolute First Album by having a special come back stage on Inkigayo where they performed both Like The First Time and Bo Peep Bo Peep. Finally Like The First Time! That’s definitely my favourite new song of theirs although Bo Peep Bo Peep is growing on me more. I guess their management company thought Bo Peep Bo Peep would be more popular as I definitely think they’re promoting that more. Either way, check them out! It’s nice to see them doing so well and delivering really great performances ^_^
I’ve made no bones about it on this blog that T-ara are definitely my favourite band now, K-pop or otherwise. Ever since their debut with Good Person version 1 I’ve loved them. They offered something different when everyone was in the race to compete with Wonder Girls or SNSD. They’ve worked really hard to build their popularity even when everyone was insulting them. I always had faith in them and now they’re achieving all on their own :D Soyeon is my favourite thing about em :)
